Saadoun is a mixed-use project which will be built in a prime location located in Abha city .
Khobar as a potential growing tourism city needs such as this type of project serving this competitive market, so the project was very challenging in many aspects to satisfy project stakeholders’ needs.
There were too many challenging constraints the design has to respect it such as project budget, and the many different uses for project components.
The project components, consists of luxuries restaurants, retails, entertainment open spaces in phase one, 5 stars hotel and Cinema complex in phase two.
