Project Brief

KHOBAR LAKE is a huge mixed-use project which is under construction now in a prime location located in Khobar City, AlBairaq Roundabout, and in front of Sonorous Lake. The project consists of a complex of cafes and restaurants (F&B), 4 stars hotel, an entertainment anchor for kids activities, and open spaces for festivals. The project was designed to be a landmark in Khobar city, considering a very special user experience. All buildings are designed to have an amazing panoramic view directed to Alnawrous Lake, open spaces are designed to have special landscape features to guarantee the best experience for users.
