Eiffel mixed-use

EIFFEL building is a huge mixed-use project which shall be built in a prime location located in Jeddah city. The project consists of luxurious restaurants, retail, entertainment open spaces, and office buildings. The project was designed to be a landmark in Jeddah city, for the design of ultra-modern organic masses surrounding the huge main court to be the main heart of the project. The middle of the court simulation for the EIFFEL tower with 70 m height gives the project a special characteristic as a landmark and explores a very impressive panorama view of Jeddah city.
