CAPITAL CROWN is a high-rise tower owned by RFCO Development. The project consists of G+11 floors and its usage is a mix of commercial, offices & clinics spaces. The project is located in the Downtown Area, a very special area in New Capital very close to the government neighborhood. Design of masses has a modern and sustainable impression by using curtain walls, and solid cladding trying to reach a landmark design reflecting the identity of the new capital approach.
