The project was constructed 20 years ago, it was one of the first commercial centers in Jeddah, consisting of luxury restaurants, retail, and entertainment spaces. Nowadays and of the high competition between the commercial centers, the building needs integrated renovation to take again its deserved position among the market competitors. The renovation criteria should reflect the modernity and technology and be applicable and accommodate all new modernity requirements
