T-WAIK building is a mixed-use project which shall be built in a prime location located in Taif City. The project consists of luxurious restaurants, retail, entertainment open spaces, and office buildings. The project was designed to be a landmark in Taif City, and for that, the design of ultra-modern organic masses surrounding the huge main court was the main heart of the project.
