ILAC Architects is a design & build firm based in Cairo Founded by Arch. Ahmed Atef holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture in 2007 from Assuit University, as well as holds MBA degree From AASTMT University, specializing in real estate and property management.
Arch. Ahmed Atef established his private studio in 2009 with other partners under the name of “AccurateLines” which began officially as a company in 2012. Starting in 2021 the company followed a re-branding strategy to be named “Integral Lines Architects & Consultant – ILAC”

We are a design and build firm that provides integrated and high-quality design and build services for both individuals and corporates in Egypt and Saudi Arabia markets, With more than 10 years of business practice and more than 15 years of experience, our pre-qualification covers various categories of commercial, administrative, educational, residential, and mixed-use projects that have been accomplished.
We have highly professional architects, engineers, and experts in all disciplines who are considered our main valuable assets, and one of our competitive advantages, they always apply the most updated technologies and techniques to keep up nowadays challenges and trends and are considered client satisfaction the main priority and target.
Our way of practice guarantees that the client's needs and project requirements will be met and the main goals will be successfully achieved. Every unique project has its own different inputs treated in different ways but within the same methodology. This operation is performed in the framework of a high level of management, thus we are always able to control the balance between time, quality, and cost.

The two firms entered into a professional alliance to provide fully integrated Design and Build Services to be a development community able to have a Market share in the KSA. NCC is the official representative firm for ILAC in Riyadh City, KSA.
