ILAC Architects was honored to attend the inaugural Ethmar Round Table at Al Manara Centre, organized by Ethmar. This high-level event, led by Eng. Fawzy and Eng. El Husseiny, convened top real estate and consultancy leaders from Saudi Arabia and Egypt. We discussed the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in the sector, under the patronage of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade.
This unique event, held on Wednesday, May 14th, aimed to gather an elite group of consultants and real estate developers in one place, at the round table in the Presidential Hall of the Al Manara International Conferences Center. This majestic hall, representing the pinnacle of luxury, hosted a constellation of the brightest names in the real estate world from the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. This elite gathering, in this exceptional venue, reflects the true weight of the event and its importance in shaping the future of the real estate sector in the region.
The day’s events began with the first and main session, opened by ” Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, Non-Executive Chairman of Ethmar Company, the organizer of this pioneering event. His words outlined the strategic importance of this gathering, with the key participation of Eng. Tarek Shoukry.He extended thanks to the Technical Sponsor, Profit Company, whose support played a pivotal role in the success of the event, and the Main Sponsor, RECO Entertainment Consulting, for their contribution and sponsorship of this important event. He then began moderating the discussions among the speakers and guests, delivering a valuable and inspiring session. Following him, leaders and pioneers of the real estate sector enriched the dialogue, contributing insightful visions and deep expertise, which imbued the Presidential Hall with an atmosphere of thought and sophistication befitting their esteemed positions.
An official honoring ceremony for the guest speakers from inside and outside Egypt then took place, and several new partnership agreements were concluded at the table within the hall. This was followed by preparations for the second Gulf session, which was skillfully moderated by Eng. Mohamed Khattab alongside Eng. Ammar Thul-Qarnayn.
